Lamont Solicitor for INTENDED RESPONDENT (Respondent) The New Brunswick Police Commission by leaving a copy of the following documents, with the Office of Stewart McKelvey, Suite 600, Frederick Square, 77 Westmorland Street, Fredericton, N.B., E3B 5B4, and in particular an Envelope containing documents marked “A” and “B”, attached herewith:
“A”: NOTICE OF MOTION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL (FORM 62A)

“B”: Affidavit of Andre Murray; Dated May 4, 2012;
I André Murray acting as Court Document Process Server, was able to serve the documents at 77 Westmorland Street, Fredericton, NB, because through various Court documents, Debra Lamont has indicated her Office being located at Stewart McKelvey, Suite 600, Frederick Square, 77 Westmorland Street, Fredericton, NB, I left the above documents with the receptionist, who refused to provide her name, but assured me that Debra Lamont would receive the documents,
