1. The Plaintiff's principal place of residence is 31 Marshall Street, City of Fredericton, N.B. E3A 4J8.
2. Plaintiff claims to have suffered damages and harm as a result of the negligence and fraudulent conduct by herewithin named Defendants reasonably leading up to the ex parte, without Notice Court Hearing scheduled of October 20, 2009 inclusive of consideration fro damages and harm suffered by the October 23, 2009 subsequent enforcement of subject Court Orders obtained ex parte, without Notice.

Plaintiff further claims damages and harm suffered on Date October 23, 2009, when Plaintiff Andre Murray suffered a illegal and unlawful 'Break and Entry' of his 31 Marshall Street residence by herewithin named Defendants including damages and harm suffered by the unlawful and illegal eviction of the Plaintiff from 31 Marshall Street, Fredericton N.B. which took place October 23, 2009.
4. Plaintiff claims damages and harm suffered by the actions of or lack thereof by herewithin named Defendants reasonably following the unlawful and illegal eviction/ ousting of the Plaintiff from 31 Marshall Street, Fredericton N.B. which took place October 23, 2009.
5. Plaintiff claims damages and harm suffered by the actions of or lack thereof by herewithin named Defendants caused by the oppressive legal actions following the unlawful and illegal eviction/ ousting of the Plaintiff from 31 Marshall Street, Fredericton N.B. which took place October 23, 2009.
6. Plaintiff claims damages and harm suffered by the actions of or lack thereof by herewithin named Defendants for loss of income, loss of wages, and damage to the Plaintiff's professional reputation.
